We had a lovely Christmas at home this year and a week down the beach with our family which was a great holiday. Our first show back was at Lang Lang Ag Show on the 16th and 17th of January. Congratulations to the PPSJC who ran two fantastic days of jumping on their fabulous arena with great courses built by David Sheppard. The highlight for us was watching our daughter Olivia riding in her first fun ring!! Cavalli Park Aliyah placed 5th in the 1.20m, 2nd in the 1.30m and 5th in the Young Horse Championship and Cavalli Park Anibell was 6th in the 1.30m. Congratulations also goes to Jamie Ellis and Centaur MVNZ who jumped really well all show and came home with a placing along with Maddy Rush who jumped some lovely double clear rounds!

The last weekend in January saw us head down to Boneo Park, wow, what a fabulous show! Combining both the highest levels of dressage and jumping as well as “picnic in the park” at the one venue made for a great crowd and atmosphere. The International course designer built tough tracks all weekend on Boneo Park’s amazing grass arena and jumps lead to very competitive jump offs! On Friday CP Anibell was 5th in the 1.25m, Kablesse Kavita was 5th in the 1.10m and Gleneagles Romeo had his first ribbon with a 5th in the 90cm. Saturday saw CP Annibell place 2nd in the Silver and on Sunday Kablesse Kavita was 4th in the 1.10m.
